深孔定向钻进技术与装备在我国矿井瓦斯抽采中的应用

Application of deep hole directional drilling technology and equipment in mine gas drainage in China

摘要: 深孔定向钻进技术与装备能够有效解决我国利用钻孔抽采瓦斯中存在的问题,国内对该项技术与装备进行了大量的试验研究和现场应用。介绍了孔底马达滑动深孔定向钻进技术原理和我国深孔定向钻进技术取得的成果与突破,对比分析了几款国内外典型的深孔定向钻进装备,概述了深孔定向钻进技术与装备在我国井下瓦斯抽采中的四种具体应用形式及相应的应用案例,总结了该项技术与装备研发与应用中存在的问题。结果表明:利用深孔定向钻孔抽采煤层瓦斯是目前国内常用且有效的方法。但仍存在松软煤层成孔困难,成孔限制条件众多、复杂,装备复杂、昂贵,部分配套设备受国际垄断等问题。国内应加大投入,突破垄断,努力实现自主创新。

Abstract: Long hole directional drilling technology and equipment can effectively solve the problem of gas drainage by drilling in our country,a lot of experimental studies and field applications for this technology and equipment have been carried out in China.This paper introduces the principle of downhole motor slippage long hole directional drilling technology and the achievements and breakthroughs of long hole directional drilling technology in our country,contrasts and analyses the several typical long hole directional drilling equipment in domestic and foreign, summarizes the four concrete application forms and the corresponding cases of gas drainage in underground by utilizing the long hole directional drilling technology and equipment,concludes the problems in research and application of this technology and equipment.The results show that:it is a frequently used and effective method to use long hole directional drilling in gas drainage.However,there are still many problems such as difficulties for drilling in soft coal seams, numerous and complicated drilling qualifications, complex and expensive equipment and some of the equipment are subjected by international monopoly etc in this area.China should increase investments, break the monopoly, and strive to achieve independent innovation.
